Job summary

Auckland Council seeks an experienced governance professional to lead across a new Transport & Infrastructure Directorate. You will shape how the directorate operates, performs and improves, aligning people, processes and insights to deliver better outcomes for Aucklanders.

You'll drive an integrated work programme, establish performance, reporting and assurance frameworks, and shape capability development across learning and competency frameworks for a high-performing, agile directorate.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering multi-stakeholder governance in the public sector.
• Ability to translate strategy into practical governance frameworks.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Experience developing performance reporting and assurance frameworks.
