Job summary

Roche Diagnostics New Zealand invites a Marketing Manager – Core Lab to lead marketing strategies and expert value delivery for customers and patients in Auckland. You will drive end-to-end solution lifecycles, build strong partnerships, and enable ongoing growth across Roche Diagnostics Solutions.

The role emphasises Core-Lab and Haematology insights, with leadership experience in diagnostics-focused marketing, and a collaborative, agile mindset to deliver exceptional outcomes for healthcare

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level or higher in marketing, science, or business related fields.
• Experience leading marketing teams in a diagnostics or healthcare setting preferred.
• Strong communication, networking, and strategic planning abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for Core Lab solutions.
• Lead end-to-end lifecycle including pricing, demand forecasting and market positioning.
• Establish relationships with KOLs, industry groups and healthcare leaders.
• Perform market insights, competitive mapping and feature differentiation analysis.
• Collaborate with Strategic Key Account teams for tender and contract submissions.
• Provide SME guidance across internal teams and customer-facing platforms.
• Monitor industry trends and continuously pursue value for customers.
• Drive revenue, market share and profitability targets for Core Lab offerings.
