Job summary

Red Stag Timber, New Zealand’s largest sawmill, invites an experienced Maintenance Planner to join the Primary Processing team at Rotorua. You’ll ensure maintenance activities are planned, resourced and executed to maximise plant reliability and output.

Reporting to the Sawmill Maintenance Co-ordinator, you will coordinate routine and major shutdown work, optimise schedules, and maintain CMMS records while collaborating with maintenance tradespeople, supervisors and operations staff across the

Qualifications

• Develop and coordinate planned maintenance activities.
• Experience with preventative maintenance programmes and reliability practices.
• CMMS experience to plan, manage and record maintenance activities.
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills for cross‑team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develop and coordinate planned maintenance activities to maximise reliability.
