Qualifications

• Must be a Citizen to apply.
• Experience in customer success, service delivery, or account management in a large ICT environment.
• Strong stakeholder engagement with senior leaders.
• Experience in managed services, outsourcing, or complex delivery environments.
• Ability to translate service performance into business outcomes and value.
• Commercial awareness and an understanding of revenue protection and growth.

Responsibilities

• Sit at the centre of the account, connecting customer needs with delivery execution and ensuring strong, outcome-focused service performance.
• Build and manage relationships with senior customer stakeholders.
• Develop and execute Customer Success Plans aligned to business outcomes.
• Lead service reviews and governance forums, focusing on value and performance.
• Drive improvements in service quality, stability, and user experience.
• Champion innovation within the account by identifying and introducing new capabilities and ways of working.
