DXC Technology is looking for a Customer Success Manager (CSM) to join a large, enterprise-scale government account delivering critical services to New Zealand.

This is a high-impact, client-facing role where you'll work closely with senior stakeholders to ensure services deliver real value—not just meet SLAs. You'll play a key role in shaping outcomes, improving customer experience, and strengthening long-term partnerships.

What will keep you busy:

  • You'll sit at the centre of the account—connecting customer needs with delivery execution and ensuring strong, outcome-focused service performance.
  • Build and manage relationships with senior customer stakeholders
  • Develop and execute Customer Success Plans aligned to business outcomes
  • Lead service reviews and governance forums, focusing on value and performance
  • Drive improvements in service quality, stability, and user experience
  • Champion innovation within the account by identifying, shaping, and introducing new capabilities, solutions, and ways of working that drive measurable business value
  • Promote adoption of new and existing services and capabilities
  • Identify and support growth opportunities within the account
  • Manage risks, escalations, and customer issues end-to-end
  • Act as the voice of the customer within DXC

The skills you will bring:

  • Must be a Citizen to apply
  • Experience in customer success, service delivery, or account management in a large ICT environment
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills, including working with senior business and technology leaders
  • Experience in managed services, outsourcing, or complex delivery environments
  • Ability to translate service performance into business outcomes and value
  • Commercial awareness and an understanding of revenue protection and growth
  • Experience working with or alongside government or regulated sectors (highly regarded)
