Job summary

Air New Zealand is seeking an experienced Transformation Change Lead to drive enterprise-scale organizational change across major transformation programmes. You will partner with senior leaders and delivery teams to embed new operating models, workflows and governance that deliver lasting value.

The role requires shaping strategy with executives, guiding adoption, and leveraging AI-informed insights to improve forecasting and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading large-scale business and technology transformation within complex organisations.
• Excellent programme planning, governance, dependency and risk management capability across multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Experience developing change strategies and adoption approaches for enterprise transformation.

Responsibilities

• Lead organisational change across large, complex transformation initiatives, ensuring people change is embedded from planning through to value realisation.
• Develop enterprise-wide change strategies for future operating models and new ways of working.
• Partner with Product Managers and leaders to improve delivery flow, readiness and measurable business outcomes.
• Design communications, learning and adoption activities that support sustainable behavioural change.
