Job summary

AIA New Zealand is seeking an Enterprise Delivery Programme Lead to drive delivery of our most significant business and technology initiatives. You will collaborate with sponsors, business leaders, delivery teams and partners to align objectives and realise value across complex programmes.

Reporting to the Head of Enterprise Delivery, you will manage end-to-end delivery, governance, risk and benefits realisation across multiple initiatives, shaping how AIA delivers meaningful outcomes for

Qualifications

Extensive experience leading complex programmes across business and technology.
Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
Ability to navigate complexity, assess risks and make sound decisions.
Experience with planning, prioritisation across agile, waterfall or blended delivery.
Experience in regulated industries such as financial services or insurance.
PM/Agile certifications (PRINCE2, PMP or Scrum) encouraged.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery across multiple strategic initiatives.
Collaborate with sponsors, business leaders, delivery teams and external partners.
Provide governance, risk and value realisation across initiatives.
Report on scope, timelines, financials, risks and delivery performance.
Drive continuous improvement of delivery practices and tools.
Champion enterprise-wide change and capability building.
