Job summary

Synapxe, a HealthTech agency, seeks a Manager/Senior Manager to design, improve and operationalise enterprise-wide processes aligned with policy, governance and risk management. You will lead end-to-end process design across multiple functions, translating objectives into practical controls and reports.

You will engage senior stakeholders, prepare materials for leadership forums, and drive adoption of sustainable governance practices in a complex, fast-changing environment.

Qualifications

• Degree and experience in governance, business process management or related field.
• Strong analytical and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience communicating to senior leaders and governance forums.

Responsibilities

• Design and operationalise end-to-end enterprise processes and drive change adoption.
• Provide senior management with clear performance insights and reporting.
• Plan stakeholder workshops to gather requirements and secure endorsement.
• Develop change-management approaches for governance processes.
• Publish updated process documents and governance artefacts.
