Job summary

MacroGenics is seeking an Executive Director, Program and Portfolio Management to drive strategic planning, execution, and governance of the development portfolio. You will orchestrate cross-functional assessments and decisions from discovery through regulatory approval and commercialization, partnering with leaders across research, clinical, regulatory, CMC, finance, and business development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or related field is required.
• Advanced degree preferred (MS, PhD, PharmD, MD or equivalent).
• MBA and/or PMP certification is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional program teams advancing pipeline assets from discovery through commercialization.
• Develop and supervise integrated development plans including timelines, budgets, risks and milestones.
• Coordinate with research, clinical, regulatory, CMC, finance, and business development to align objectives.
