Placements24 is seeking a highly strategic Senior Consultant for our globally respected client. This fully remote role supports executives through market analysis, strategy development, and entry planning from anywhere, with potential to operate from Queenstown or other locations.

You will guide clients, mentor junior staff, and contribute to thought leadership while delivering high-impact strategic projects across industries. Strong communication and independence are essential.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related field.
• 6+ years of strategy consulting, corporate strategy, or strategic market analysis.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with market research, financial modeling, and competitive analysis.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for remote executive engagement.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and lead project teams in a fully remote setting.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive corporate and business unit strategies for clients.
• Lead market research and analysis to identify opportunities, threats, and competitive dynamics.
• Formulate and assess market entry strategies for new products, services, and geographies.
• Conduct feasibility studies, business case development, and scenario planning for strategic initiatives.
• Work with clients to translate strategic recommendations into actionable plans.
• Facilitate strategic planning workshops and stakeholder discussions in a virtual environment.
• Mentor and guide junior consultants, fostering their development within the team.
• Prepare and present strategic insights and recommendations to senior client leadership.
• Contribute to the firm's thought leadership and develop proprietary strategic frameworks.
