Job summary

Christchurch City Council's Digital Unit seeks a Digital Solutions Business Partner to advise council teams, identify opportunities, and translate business needs into practical digital solutions. You will build strong relationships across the organisation and work with delivery teams to shape and prioritise solutions that align with council's strategic objectives.

Experience in digital, technology, or related field.

Experience facilitating workshops and supporting organisational change.

Responsibilities

Act as a trusted advisor to Council teams to identify opportunities and solve business challenges.
Build strong relationships across the organisation and with delivery teams to shape prioritised solutions.
Lead conversations about business improvement and support change initiatives.
Ensure technology investments deliver meaningful outcomes for the community.
Serve as the link between business units and the Digital team with a customer-focused approach.
