Waikato District Council seeks an experienced Solutions Manager to lead our BI, GIS, Applications and Integration portfolios, shaping our digital roadmap and ensuring our technology environment is secure, resilient, and fit for the future.

You will inspire and lead multidisciplinary teams, champion digital ways of working, and drive delivery of priority initiatives that improve services, enable self-service capabilities, and support informed decision-making for our communities.

Qualificações

• Proven experience leading ICT teams and delivering complex technology environments.
• Strong experience across applications, integration platforms, business intelligence and/or GIS technologies.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication and relationship management skills.
• Experience in programme, project and financial management.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the BI, GIS, Applications and Integration teams and drive a high-performing culture.
• Deliver the Digital Roadmap and key technology initiatives.
• Ensure solutions are secure, resilient, innovative and customer-focused.
• Build strong relationships with business leaders, vendors, partners and stakeholders.
• Manage operational and capital budgets and ensure value for investment.
• Coach and develop talented teams while championing continuous improvement.
• Stay ahead of emerging technologies and identify opportunities to improve services and outcomes.
