EIT is seeking an experienced Strategy Delivery Lead to establish practical, fit-for-purpose frameworks, processes and ways of working to deliver our strategic plan in Hawke's Bay. You will build governance, reporting and tools, connect cross-project dependencies and provide guidance to senior leaders across EIT to ensure timely and accountable delivery.

Reporting to the Chief Executive, this role focuses on navigating competing priorities, embedding disciplined ways of working and strengthening

• Proven experience establishing project or programme frameworks across portfolios.
• Ability to influence senior leaders and manage challenging conversations.
• Practical governance, planning and reporting with disciplined approach.
• Strong business case development and prioritisation.
• Collaborative coaching mindset and building organisational capability.
