Hustle Institute Pte Ltd in Queenstown is seeking a Corporate Relations & Training Solutions Manager to spearhead corporate client acquisition and account management, tailoring training and corporate solutions to organisational learning needs. You will manage a pipeline and deliver consultative sessions with C-suite and HR stakeholders.

The role focuses on revenue and enrolment targets, with collaboration across internal teams to design and propose training bundles and solutions.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years’ B2B sales or account management experience, preferably in training/edtech/HR solutions.
• Proven track record hitting revenue or enrolment targets.
• Strong presentation and consultative selling skills; comfortable engaging with C-suite/HR.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify corporate leads; book and deliver consultation services.
• Build and manage a sales pipeline; deliver monthly/quarterly targets.
• Scope training solutions with internal teams; prepare proposals & quotations.
• Manage key accounts (HR/L&D/Business Heads); renew and upsell bundles.
• Track market/competitor activity; share insights to refine offerings.
• Curate training solutions with the academic team to ensure client needs are met.
