Job summary

Detpak, part of the Detmold Group, is seeking a Commercial & Finance Analyst based in Ellerslie, Auckland, NZ. You will provide financial and operational analysis for ANZ Sales entities, delivering insights and strategic recommendations to drive growth and profitability.

In this role you will partner with Sales, manage rebates, oversee cost-to-serve for NZ entities, and support monthly cash flow forecasting while ensuring compliance with government and industry requirements.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Sales to drive customer tender strategy, analysis and delivery.
• Maintain compliance with government and industry requirements.
• Highlight margin improvement opportunities using market intelligence.
• Oversee customer rebates and ensure mutually authorised agreements are in place.
• Report on customer profitability, highlighting performance against targets and cost-saving opportunities.
• Review and manage NZ entities’ cost-to-serve, highlighting budget variances and cost-saving opportunities.
• Manage monthly cash flow forecasting and ensure compliance with creditor and loan terms.
