This role focuses on building financial models, business cases and decision frameworks, while influencing operating models and performance across diverse business units.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and strong analytical capability.
• Experience with financial modelling and building business cases.
• Ability to distil complex information into clear recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Solving complex commercial and operational challenges across New Zealand and Australia.
• Conducting quantitative and qualitative analysis to uncover insights and opportunities.
• Building business cases, financial models and decision-making frameworks.
• Identifying revenue, cost and performance drivers across key areas of the business.
• Developing practical recommendations that improve efficiency, effectiveness and business performance.
• Working closely with operational leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to understand problems and test solutions.
• Creating clear, compelling presentations and recommendations for senior leaders.
• Supporting and driving strategic initiatives from problem definition through to implementation.
