Job summary

Health New Zealand is seeking a Financial Analyst - Sustainability & Performance for a 12-month contract in Palmerston North. You will develop and maintain financial and operational models, support forecasting and performance reporting, and conduct scenario analyses to identify sustainability opportunities.

You'll collaborate with clinical leaders, operational managers and finance professionals to translate complex data into actionable insights that influence strategic decisions and service

Qualifications

• Experience in financial analysis, business analysis or performance analytics.
• Advanced Excel and financial modelling capability.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to interpret large and complex datasets.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience presenting insights to diverse audiences.
• Ability to translate complex data into meaningful recommendations.
• A proactive, curious and continuous improvement mindset.

About the Role
