Job summary

You will develop, maintain and optimise detailed programmes, work with engineering, commercial and operations teams, perform critical path analysis, monitor progress and provide

Qualifications

• Experience in civil construction sequencing and project controls.
• Proficient with planning software (CCS Candy, Primavera P6).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Clear communicator to diverse stakeholders.
• Experience in tender and delivery environments.
• Relevant Civil Engineering or Construction Management qualification.

Responsibilities

• Develop integrated construction programmes from first principles.
• Create detailed schedules covering design, procurement, consenting and construction activities.
• Perform critical path analysis to identify opportunities to improve delivery.
• Monitor project progress and update programmes throughout delivery.
• Produce cashflow forecasts, resource histograms and project performance reports.
• Support tender submissions with robust and competitive construction programmes.
• Collaborate with engineers, project managers, clients and stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
