Qualifications

• Experience developing programmes for civil infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, staging and project delivery methodologies.
• Excellent communication of technical information to stakeholders.
• Experience working across tender and delivery environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop integrated construction programmes from first principles.
• Create detailed schedules covering design, procurement, consenting and construction activities.
• Perform critical path analysis and identify opportunities to improve delivery.
• Monitor progress and update programmes through delivery.
• Identify and mitigate programme risks with project teams.
• Undertake earned value analysis, forecasting and progress reporting.
• Produce cashflow forecasts, resource histograms and performance reports.
• Support tender submissions with robust construction programmes.
• Collaborate with engineers, project managers, clients and stakeholders to achieve objectives.
