Napier City Council is seeking a Maintenance & Asset Planner to lead Building Asset Work Plans, lifecycle forecasts and prioritised renewal programmes across the Council’s building portfolio. You’ll assess condition data, maintenance history and whole-of-life costs to decide where planned maintenance or renewals are needed and justify investment.

• At least five years' asset management or maintenance planning experience.
• Experience with lifecycle planning and renewal prioritisation.
• Ability to translate condition data into clear recommendations.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Building Asset Work Plans and renewal programmes across Council’s building portfolio.
• Develop preventive maintenance programmes using condition data and life-cycle costs.
• Investigate asset issues, assess options and develop business cases for maintenance and renewals.
• Improve asset registers, records and reporting for day-to-day and long-term planning.
• Provide technical input into tenders and contract performance monitoring.
