Job summary

Marlborough District Council is seeking a senior asset management professional to lead the development and maintenance of strategic plans for three waters assets. Reporting to the Planning & Development Engineering Manager, you will collaborate with engineering, operations, finance and planning teams to support informed decision making.

You will bring at least five years’ experience in asset management and infrastructure planning, a Bachelor of Engineering, and strong skills in AMIS, data

Qualifications

• Five years’ experience in asset management and infrastructure planning for three waters.
• Bachelor of Engineering or equivalent.
• Strong ability to build relationships with a wide range of stakeholders and manage priorities.

Responsibilities

• Asset management planning and budgeting.
• Management of the infrastructural asset database.
• Monitoring of asset performance and asset reporting.
• Valuing assets and assessing services.
• Preparing and developing lifecycle, renewal and investment planning.
• Supporting environmental compliance obligations.
