Job summary

ZURU Creative in Auckland, New Zealand seeks a hands-on maker and storyteller to join our production powerhouse. You will craft content across formats, shoot on location and in studio, and leverage AI and mixed media to push visual storytelling while maintaining high craft standards in every frame.

You’ll collaborate with creatives and managers, shaping briefs into compelling stories for social and brand campaigns, with a focus on platform-native delivery and on-set collaboration.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years worth of strong filming and editing portfolio.
• Editing suite fluency: Premiere Pro, CapCut, DaVinci or equivalent.
• AI and mixed media experience with generative AI tools.
• Social platform knowledge and tailoring content for each platform.

Responsibilities

• Film and edit content across formats: short-form, long-form, product, lifestyle, reactive and campaign.
• Shoot on location and in studio, in various environments.
• Master mixed media and AI formats to push content boundaries.
• Maintain high craft standards from framing to colour grade and sound.
