Job summary

The Creative Store Mount Maunganui, NZ is seeking a hands-on Video Editor and Producer who loves telling stories through short-form social video. You will edit, film, and run shoot days, building a strong content library for paid ads and organic content.

You should be comfortable behind and in front of the camera, using CapCut as the primary tool (Premiere Pro a bonus). You’ll plan shoots at beach, office, and streets, work with UGC creators, and continuously analyse performance to improve

Qualifications

• Portfolio demonstrating video storytelling for social content.
• Experience editing for short-form formats and ads.
• Ability to plan and execute shoots from concept to delivery.

Responsibilities

• Editing two to three days a week, ~10 videos weekly.
• Filming team and founders in natural, engaging ways.
• Plan and run shoot days at beach, office, or street.
• Clip UGC footage and identify standout moments.
• Review performance metrics and iterate content strategy.
• Own the content library and build systems for assets.
