Job summary

ZURU Creative in Auckland, NZ, is seeking a Social & Content Manager to lead production and storytelling for our Pet & Confectionary brands. You’ll craft compelling content across social, on location shoots, and studio sets, blending live action with AI-enabled formats.

You’ll bring a track record of 1–3 years in filming and editing, fluency with Premiere Pro, CapCut or DaVinci, and a keen eye for platform-native storytelling.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of filming and editing portfolio with range and craft.
• Fluent editing in Premiere Pro, CapCut or DaVinci.
• Experience using AI to enhance and push content boundaries.

Responsibilities

• Film and edit content across short-form social, long-form, product and campaign formats.
• Shoot on location and in studio, adapting to briefs with creative flexibility.
• Utilise AI and mixed-media formats to push content style and scope.
• Maintain high craft from framing to colour grade and sound.
• Execute briefs from Creatives and S&C Managers with vision.
• Contribute ideas and stay platform-native for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube.
• Own post-production from raw footage to final cut.
