Job summary

Mainfreight is seeking a storeperson in New Zealand to support depot operations, handling freight with care and efficiency. You will work unsupervised at times, maintain a strong work ethic, and contribute to customer satisfaction.

Ideal candidates will have freight handling experience, a can-do attitude, and a willingness to learn. Hours are 11am–8:30pm, with opportunities for development within a reputable logistics group.

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn with a strong work ethic.
• Experience in freight handling loading/unloading trucks.
• Be a New Zealand citizen or resident.
• Pass pre-employment drug and background checks.

Responsibilities

• Operate as storeperson at the depot, ensuring safe, efficient handling.
• Work as part of a team to support daily freight tasks.
• Maintain accuracy and quality in loading/unloading processes.
• Work hours are 11:00–20:30, with flexibility as needed.
