Job summary

Briscoe Group is seeking an experienced Storeperson to join the Gisborne team. You will manage inward and outward stock, ensure accuracy of records, and maintain relations with our external carriers.

This essential role operates Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 4:00pm, and requires a full driver''s licence. Be part of a supportive team focused on health and safety and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• A full driver's licence is required.
• Strong focus on health and safety in the workplace.

• Physically fit and able to work in a stock environment.
• Ability to cope well under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Manage inward and outward stock and ensure accuracy of records.
• Maintain inventory records and documentation.
• Keep stockroom tidy, clean and well organised.
• Facilitate stock flow from stockroom to floor with the team.
• Promote a safe working environment.
• Coordinate with external carriers to ensure timely stock movements.

What will you be doing?

• Managing all inward and outwards goods
• Maintaining accurate inventory records
• Ensuring all relevant documentation is completed and correct
• Ensuring that the stockroom is tidy, clean and well organised
• Facilitating the flow of stock from the stockroom to the floor by collaborating with the entire team
• Lead the way in promoting a safe work environment
