Briscoe Group is seeking an Outbound Picker at its Drury Distribution Centre in New Zealand. This fixed-term role runs until January 2027 with full-time hours, Monday to Friday, offering two shift options (5:00am–1:30pm or 12:30pm–9:00pm).
The role involves picking, packing preparation, pallet building, and stock control to support stores. Ideal candidates will have strong attention to detail, the ability to work solo or in a team, and physical capability for manual handling.

The Outbound Picker role is essential in ensuring accurate and efficient outbound order fulfilment, supporting the flow of goods from pick through to dispatch. You will play a key part in picking, scanning, and preparing stock for stores, maintaining inventory integrity, and contributing to a safe and productive Distribution Centre environment. The role is based at the Briscoe Group Distribution Centre in Drury.
This is a fixed-term position ending end of January 2027. We're looking for someone who is available full-time, Monday to Friday. We have two shift options available: 5:00am to 1:30pm or 12:30pm to 9:00pm.
You will have:
Applicants who are already licensed and trained to operate ride on powered pallet movers are preferred. However, we also welcome applications from individuals who may not currently hold MHE certification or no prior experience operating electric pallet jacks. Certification and training will be provided for the right candidate.
