Job summary

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily retail sales activities and store operations in the manager's absence.
• Manage stock levels and pricing using the POS system.
• Perform till cashing/reconciliation and assist with budgeting.
• Train and motivate store staff.
• Support local marketing, in-store promotions, and respond to customer inquiries.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and customer service standards.
