Bendon Limited in Auckland is seeking a Store Manager for our Westgate store to lead with purpose, build a high-performing team and empower women with confidence.

This role focuses on delivering unforgettable customer experiences, smashing KPIs, coaching with care, and merchandising the floor like a pro, while driving store success with the Regional Manager's support.

Formación

• Proven leadership and coaching experience in retail.
• Ability to drive KPIs and manage store performance.
• Expertise in visual merchandising and store presentation.

40 hours per week - Tuesday to Saturday roster

What You'll Be Doing:

• Running the daily operations of your store-leading, coaching & inspiring your team
• Becoming a BRA-FIT certified expert
• Creating an inclusive & uplifting space where every woman feels confident
• Smashing KPIs, merchandising like a pro & keeping the store looking flawless
• Driving success with the support of a dedicated Regional Manager
