Job summary

Patagonia Auckland is seeking an experienced and passionate Store Manager to lead our first Tāmaki Makaurau store this November. Based in the Auckland CBD, you will welcome and engage customers, mentor the team, and embody the brand's mission in every interaction.

You will focus on delivering authentic customer experiences, developing people, building community connections, managing stock and events, and upholding Patagonia's values of environmental stewardship and inclusivity.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading retail teams.

• Ability to build relationships with local communities and partners.

• Lead and develop a high-performing store team.
• Drive store performance balancing sales, operations and community impact.
