Responsibilities

• Lead with vision – set the tone for the store and inspire the team to live Kathmandu’s purpose around adventure and sustainability.
• Drive strategic commercial performance – plan for long-term growth, analyse KPIs, forecast, and use local insights to maximise results.
• Develop people at every level – coach your ASM and 3ICs, build capability, and create a strong succession pipeline.
• Champion operational governance – ensure compliance, safety, stock integrity, and brand standards are met.
• Build community connections – represent Kathmandu locally, form partnerships, and champion sustainability initiatives.
