Job summary

Oscar Wylee Pty is seeking an engaging Store Manager to lead the retail arm and deliver a first-class customer experience across our NZ stores. You will coach selling, manage daily operations, and collaborate with Optometrists to uphold service standards.

The role suits candidates from retail or healthcare backgrounds with 1–2 years as an Assistant Store Manager or higher, plus budgeting and scheduling experience. Tue–Sat availability is preferred; relocation support may be available.

Qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of experience as an Assistant Store Manager or higher retail management position.
• Experience working with budgets and scheduling staff in compliance with local labour laws.
• Tuesday to Saturday availability is preferred.

• Oversee day-to-day operation of the retail arm and ensure policy compliance.
• Collaborate with Optometrists to deliver a superior customer experience.
