Job summary

OPSM in Queensgate is seeking a Store Manager to lead our team and deliver exceptional eyewear retail experiences. You will drive sales, coaching excellence, and high standards of customer service while maintaining store operations and staff engagement.

No optical experience is required as world-class training is provided to empower you to lead and inspire your team and delight our customers with premium brands.

• Previous leadership experience in retail.

We are currently looking for a Store Manager to lead our awesome team in Queensgate.

No optical experience is required - we provide world class training to ensure you feel supported and confident providing our customers with an exceptional experience.
