Job summary

OPSM is seeking a Store Manager for Royal Oak to lead a high-performing team and deliver superior customer experiences. No optical experience is required as comprehensive training is provided, with a strong focus on coaching, people development, and achieving store targets.

You will drive sales through effective leadership, ensure excellent product knowledge, and foster a positive, engaging work environment while leveraging our brand portfolio including CHANEL, Ray-Ban, PRADA, Gucci, Tiffany &

• Previous leadership experience, ideally in retail.
• Proven ability to meet sales targets and KPIs.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

We are currently looking for a Store Manager to lead our team in Royal Oak. No optical experience is required - we provide world class training to ensure you feel supported and confident providing our customers with an exceptional experience.
