Job summary

Mi Piaci Christchurch Central store is seeking a Store Manager to lead the team and deliver outstanding customer experiences. You will own daily operations and drive performance, while fostering a positive, inclusive culture that mirrors the Mi Piaci brand.

You will coach and develop your team, recruit and onboard new talent, and relentlessly pursue sales targets to maintain a high-energy, customer-focused environment across the store.

We are looking for an inspiring and driven Store Manager to lead our team at Mi Piaci Christchurch Central store. Here's what’s on offer:

• Role: Store Manager
• Rostered Hours: Tuesday to Saturday
  • Tuesday: 8:30am - 5pm
  • Wednesday: 8:30am - 5pm
  • Thursday: 8:30am - 5:30pm
  • Friday: 8:30am - 5:30pm
  • Saturday: 9:30am - 5pm
• Minimum Hours: 40 hours per week
• Salary: $62,000 per annum + bonus potential!
