Macpac Napier is seeking a passionate Store Manager to lead our team and bring the Macpac brand to life in Napier. You will drive sales, oversee daily operations, and create an engaging, high-energy store environment.

With a Sunday to Thursday roster and a central Napier location near cafés, you’ll balance customer service with team development, visual merchandising, stock control, and safety. Having leadership experience and a proven ability to motivate and train staff is essential, and you’ll

• Experience in visual merchandising, stock control, health and safety, and basic financial reporting.

Having experience with outdoor clothing and equipment is preferred but not essential... a passion for the outdoors or travel is preferable.
