Job summary

Farm Source at Fonterra Co-operative Group in Oamaru is seeking a Store Manager to lead the store’s day-to-day performance, deliver sales, service and financial targets, and support farmer owners with a high-performing team. You’ll build relationships with farmers and local stakeholders, champion health and safety, and drive retail excellence through effective inventory and operations management.

Qualifications

Experience leading and developing teams in a retail or store environment.
Ability to deliver against sales, service and financial targets.
Proven ability to build strong relationships with customers and local stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Build, coach and develop a highly engaged team.
Create outstanding customer experiences and foster relationships with farmers, shareholders and local stakeholders.
