Global Trading Limited T/A Happy Chef in Auckland is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead our busy Kelston takeaway. You will oversee daily operations, staff coordination, customer service and food quality to ensure high standards.

You will manage rosters, health and safety, stock, and store administration, working closely with owners and kitchen team to maintain consistent service and profitable performance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operation of the Happy Chef takeaway.
• Manage opening and closing procedures and ensure readiness for service.
• Supervise kitchen and front-of-house staff.
• Prepare staff rosters and allocate duties.
• Ensure food quality, safety and cleanliness.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate supplier orders.
• Assist with recruitment and induction of new employees.
• Prepare reports and provide regular updates to management.
