Job summary

J&N Transport Limited is seeking a Store Manager for our Kaikoura store. You will oversee daily operations, lead a team and ensure top-quality service while maintaining food safety standards.

The role requires driving a customer-focused store culture, inventory control, budgeting and staff scheduling to maximise sales and profitability. You will report to the management team and contribute to store growth.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant store/retail management experience or equivalent Level 5+ qualification.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make quick informed decisions.
• Flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and public holidays as required.
