Job summary

AMX is launching its first New Zealand stores in Auckland and is looking for a motivated leader to help establish high-performing teams and deliver an outstanding customer experience from day one.

Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will be responsible for day-to-day operations, merchandising, stock integrity, and driving store KPIs while building strong relationships with customers and the local community. Previous retail management experience and ability to train staff are essential.

As you are responsible for the day-to-day successful operation of your store you will need to be organised, have a keen eye for merchandising, understanding of stock integrity and most importantly enjoy staff and customer interaction.Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will ensure financial management and operational standards are second to none and you will drive store KPIs.
