Early Settler is seeking a passionate Assistant Store Manager for our Nelson store, working a Sunday–Thursday 40 hour roster. You will lead a retail team, drive sales, and champion a customer‑centric culture while living our values.

Strong leadership and a hands‑on approach are essential to lift team capability and store performance. We look for 2–3+ years in retail, a genuine passion for home styling, and the ability to balance sales with operations.

Qualifikationen

• 2-3+ years experience in retail sales with a proven track record of achieving targets.
• Strong commercial acumen and a results-driven mindset.
• Ability to coach, guide and motivate teams to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Willingness to handle store administration and rostering tasks.
