Qualifications

• Experience in stone cutting or fabrication is highly regarded.
• Experience in wall or floor tiling is highly regarded.
• Experience with metal frame fabrication, caulking and finishing is an advantage.
• General construction or trade labouring experience is valued.
• Experience using hand and power tools is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with the installation of natural and engineered stone.
• Preparing materials, tools and work areas.
• Cutting, shaping and finishing stone products.
• Loading, unloading and transporting materials safely.
• Supporting site set-up and maintaining a clean, organised workspace.
• Working closely with experienced tradespeople on a variety of projects.

About the role

As a Stone Mason Assistant, you'll work alongside experienced stonemasons, helping to deliver premium stone installations while learning valuable trade skills.
