Taking Shape Auckland is seeking a Stock Coordinator to manage inventory, ensure stock accuracy, and support a positive shopping experience.

This part-time role (20 hours/week) involves stock deliveries, room maintenance, restocking, and delivering friendly customer service in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in high-volume apparel retail is preferred.

Our Auckland store are looking for an innovative, highly organised and detail-oriented Stock Coordinator responsible for managing inventory, maintaining stock accuracy, and ensuring products are available when needed, while delivering friendly and helpful customer service to create a positive shopping experience.

To support a flexible working environment, our Stock Coordinator is contracted on a base of 6 hours a fortnight, and rostered in line with store needs.

At present our Auckland store has 20 hours per week working Monday to Friday. This may change in line with the store needs.

Our Stock Coordinators:

• Efficiently and accurately process frequent and large stock deliveries, including checking off incoming deliveries and processing outgoing stock transfers and stock validation
• Ensure the stock room is maintained and all stock is stored appropriately, to support staff accessibility
• Ensure the Store facilitates a seamless shopping experience, through effective placement and regular restocking of product
• Provide exceptional customer service, creating a memorable experience and understanding our customer needs
• Are innovative, and always look for new and better ways of working
• Are confident and stylish, acting as ambassadors of the Taking Shape brand
• Build belonging and a community spirit, with both their team members and customers
• Maintain high standards of visual merchandising, and ensures our floors are well stocked to support our customer needs

• Previous experience with VM, stock management and inventory in a high change, fast paced environment will be highly regarded

• Lead by example, and are passionate, enthusiastic and energetic
• Have developed a keen attention to detail and exceptional time management skills
