You will manage staff rosters, recruit and train employees, and maintain a clean, welcoming store while driving promotions and customer satisfaction. English fluency required; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must hold at least a Diploma in any discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of managerial experience in retail or related industry.
• Strong people skills and ability to build relationships with staff and customers.
• Excellent spoken English; additional second language is a plus (Chinese, Tamil, etc.).
• Comfortable using basic IT systems and digital tools.
