Job summary

Fuel50 is seeking a Staff Product Manager to lead the Connected Experiences pod across Insights, MCP & API, and Integrations. You will own the vision, strategy and outcomes for a connected set of product areas central to Fuel50's growth, shaping how the platform delivers connected, contextual work intelligence through APIs and integrations.

This senior role requires strategic insight, technical depth, and strong cross-functional leadership to turn opportunities into measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience leading senior product initiatives in B2B SaaS or enterprise tech.
• Strong technical acumen for architecture, APIs, integration discussions.
• Proven ability to drive multi-squad programs with measurable outcomes.
• Advanced discovery skills and experimentation.
• Track record of delivering innovative, business-impacting products.
• Experience designing scalable enterprise platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own vision, strategy, roadmap and outcomes for Connected Experiences pod (Insights, MCP & API, Integrations).
• Define MCP-first, distributed work intelligence platform vision.
• Evolve Fuel50 Insights to surface contextual signals for talent decisions.
• Shape integration strategy balancing enterprise delivery with reusable connectors.
• Translate market and customer insights into priorities and experiments.
• Lead cross-functional teams from discovery through delivery and optimization.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Design on platform capabilities and architecture.
• Mentor and strengthen product practice across teams.
• Partner with Product Marketing on positioning and GTM plans.
• Stay close to customers and market trends to refine strategy.
