Job summary

Fuel50 is seeking a Product Design Lead to shape the design organization and product strategy. You will lead, coach and align designers across the skills intelligence, talent mobility and AI-powered experiences, working closely with Product and Engineering to ship high-quality experiences.

You will influence decisions at the leadership level, prototype ideas, and ensure accessible, trusted products while growing the design team and maturing design systems.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in product design in a SaaS or tech environment.
• At least 2 years leading, managing or coaching designers.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage and coach product designers and growth.
• Set a clear product design vision across skills intelligence, talent mobility and AI experiences.
• Partner with Product and Engineering from discovery to delivery as a cross-functional trio.
• Contribute to design system, accessibility standards and design-to-code practices.
