Fuel50 is seeking a Staff Product Manager to lead the Connected Experiences pod across Insights, MCP & API, and Integrations. You will own the product vision, strategy and outcomes, shaping a distributed, API-driven work intelligence platform in a fast-growing SaaS environment.

You will guide cross-functional teams from discovery through delivery, mentor product managers, and partner with Engineering, Design and GTM to deliver measurable business impact across customers and markets.

Formación

• Proven experience in product management within a high-growth B2B SaaS, platform, API, developer or enterprise technology organisation.
• Strong technical acumen with ability to discuss architecture, data and API considerations.
• Experience leading multi-squad product initiatives across interconnected product areas.
• Advanced experience with product discovery methodologies and experimentation.
• Proven track record of delivering measurable business impact through product initiatives.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across technical and executive levels.

Responsabilidades

• Own the vision, strategy, roadmap and outcomes for the Connected Experiences pod across Insights, MCP & API, and Integrations.
• Define a bold, practical vision for an MCP-first, distributed and agnostic work intelligence platform.
• Lead the evolution of Fuel50 Insights, surfacing contextual signals that help customers make stronger talent decisions.
• Shape an integration strategy that balances enterprise delivery with reusable connectors and ecosystem interoperability.
• Turn customer, market, technology and ecosystem opportunities into focused priorities and measurable outcomes.
• Lead cross-functional teams from discovery and technical solution design through delivery, launch and ongoing optimisation.
• Partner with Engineering and Design on platform capabilities, interoperability, extensibility and architectural innovation.
• Strengthen product practice through coaching, mentorship and collaboration across Product, Engineering, Design, Customer Success and Go-to-Market.
• Partner with Product Marketing and Solution Consulting on positioning, packaging, pricing and go-to-market plans.
• Stay close to customers, competitive dynamics and market trends, translating insight into strategy and documentation.
• Demonstrated success in driving product strategy in enterprise HR tech, talent management or skills intelligence platforms.
