Job summary

Optimal is seeking an Associate Product Manager to join our Product team and help build better experiences for our customers.

You’ll work closely with our Product Manager, Engineering, Design and Revenue teams to take ideas from discovery through delivery, defining requirements, writing user stories and supporting launches while learning to make informed product decisions and gradually taking ownership of features and projects.

Responsibilities

• Understand customers by building relationships and gathering feedback.

• Communicate roadmap updates and help create sales enablement materials.
• Monitor product metrics, adoption, and feedback to drive improvements.
• Learn from real-world usage to identify opportunities for product enhancement.
• Take ownership of defined features or projects with PM support.
