Job summary

Fuel50 is seeking a Staff Product Manager to lead the Connected Experiences pod across Insights, MCP & API, and Integrations. You will shape the vision, strategy and outcomes for a connected work intelligence platform.

Reporting to the Head of Product, you will drive cross-functional delivery with engineering, design, customer success and GTM teams, turning ambitious ideas into concrete roadmaps and measurable impact.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in product management within a high-growth B2B SaaS or enterprise technology setting.
• Strong technical acumen with ability to engage in architectural, API, integration and data discussions.
• Demonstrated ability to lead multi-squad initiatives across interconnected product areas.
• Advanced experience with product discovery methodologies and experimentation.

Responsibilities

• Own vision, strategy, roadmap and outcomes for the Connected Experiences pod across Insights, MCP & API, and Integrations.
• Define a bold, practical MCP-first vision for a distributed work intelligence platform.
• Lead evolution of Fuel50 Insights to surface contextual signals for better talent decisions.
• Shape an integration strategy balancing enterprise delivery with reusable connectors and ecosystem interoperability.
• Turn customer, market and ecosystem opportunities into focused priorities, experiments and outcomes.
• Lead cross-functional teams from discovery to delivery, launch and optimization.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Design on platform capabilities and architectural innovation.
• Strengthen product practice through coaching and collaboration across teams.
• Partner with Product Marketing on positioning, packaging and GTM plans.
• Stay close to customers and market trends, translating insights into strategy and documentation.
