Job summary

Outcomes First Group is seeking a Speech and Language Therapist for Fieldstone School in Ashburton, Devon. You will deliver SLT assessments and interventions within an education setting, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to support pupils with diverse needs.

The role offers a permanent contract, with flexibility for term-time or adjusted full-time schedules. A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are required, alongside HCPC and RCSLT registration.

Qualifications

• HCPC registered and HCPC registration required.
• RCSLT registration.
• Experience with diverse communication profiles.

Responsibilities

• Deliver bespoke Speech and Language Therapy assessments and intervention to pupils.
• Hold a caseload with support from a clinical supervisor and Lead Clinician.
• Contribute to staff training and consultation as required.
• Work within multidisciplinary teams to support pupil needs.
• Pursue ongoing CPD and training as part of role.
